This is a 1988 Vintage Kimple Riding Bear Pottery Mold 1421. It is in good shape, and pours nicely. There is a chip on the bottom corner but it does not affect the pour, otherwise typical wear and tear.
There is a greenware photo (not cleaned up) to show it poured. Please reach out with any questions.
